Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey’s availability for Arsenal’s upcoming game against Manchester United is still not certain.
According to Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, the veteran player’s involvement in the game or otherwise is likely to be a game time decision.
He indicated this in his pre-game presser ahead of Arsenal’s English Premier League game against Man United on Wednesday, December 4 at 20:15 GMT.
Partey missed his first league game of the season in Arsenal’s 5-2 win over West Ham United this past weekend due to a muscle injury he picked up very close to the start of the game.
“We have monitored and kept a few (players) away from certain activities and after that meeting we will decide if everyone is fit and available and who will start” Arteta said when providing a fitness update on Partey, Riccardo Calafiori and Mikel Merino.
Partey has featured 12 times in the EPL this season and scored twice in what has been a fine start to the season for the former Atletico Madrid.

Since Ruben Amorim’s appointment as Man United head coach, the Red Devils are yet to lose a game in three outings heading into the game.
