Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo is finally off the mark for AFC Bournemouth in the FA Cup after bagging his debut goal in the competition in Bournemouth colours.

Semenyo’s goal scoring outing culminated in a thumping 5-1 win for Bournemouth over EFL Championship side West Bromwich Albion in Round 3 of the FA Cup.

The Black Stars player’s impact was immediate as he came off the bench in the 45th minute and scored two minutes later.

Semenyo, who recently celebrated his 25th birthday, received a pass from David Brook after brilliant work down the right side by Bournemouth involving Burkinabe Dango Ouattara that set up Semenyo who rifled a shot into the top of the net.

This marked Semenyo’s first in the competition since joining Bournemouth on January 27 in the 2022-2023 season from Bristol City.

For the season, Semenyo has six goals and three assists in 21 games in all competitions. Scroll down to watch Semenyo’s goal and assist against West Brom.
