Brighton and Hove manager Fabian Hurzeler has praised the qualities of Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo and other members of AFC Bournemouth’s attack.
He highlighted the qualities of Semenyo and fellow Bournemouth attackers Justin Kluivert, Dango Ouattara and David Brooks in his pre-game interview as Brighton take on Bournemouth on Tuesday, February 25 at 19:30 GMT.
Fine production from Bournemouth’s attackers have powered The Cherries to sixth place in the standings ahead of the tie against the ninth ranked Brighton.
“We know that Bournemouth is very fast, very athletic with the front three of Semenyo, (Justin) Kluivert, (Dango) Ouattara, (David) Brooks if he is playing. They are fast, all athletic, all very good in transition but in the end, it’s about trying to control the game…trying to avoid these transition moments” Hurzeler said.

Black Stars player Semenyo, has seven goals and four assists in 24 English Premier League appearances so far in the 2024-2025 season.

Prior to losing 2-0 to Liverpool on February 1, 2025 Bournemouth’s last loss was a 2-1 result against Brighton on November 23, 2024.
