Head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Abdul Karim Zito, says the club’s chances of winning the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League now hinge on tactical calculations and favorable results in the final rounds of the season.
The Porcupine Warriors were held to a goalless draw by Bibiani Gold Stars in their Matchday 32 encounter at the DUN’s Park in Anyinase, a result Zito admitted was disappointing.
Speaking to the media after the game, the veteran coach expressed concern over dropping two valuable points but remained optimistic.
“It was a fantastic game ,every team wanted to win , we all created a lot of chances and we couldn’t put it into the net .Nobody knows what it is going to happen, unless we calculate and add the two games, Zito said .

Even if we win ,then we can’t go anywhere, then it’s over for me . For now I will never say it’s over.
Kotoko currently sit third on the table with 55 points. They face Medeama SC in Matchday 33 before ending their campaign with a tough trip to the Nii Adjei Kraku Sports Stadium to face Vision FC on the final day of the season.
