Black Stars head coach Otto Addo has released his squad for Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team that will compete in the 2025 Unity Cup.
The four nation tournament takes place in London, England from May 28 to May 31 and has Ghana, Nigeria, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago competing.
Several key players for the Black Stars were not named in the squad including Thomas Partey, Mohammed Kudus, Kamaldeen Sulemana and Alexander Djiku.
However, a handful of Ghana Premier League players were named in the squad and Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker Kwame Opoku leads the group.
Accra Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare, Medeama SC’s Kamaradini Mamudi and Razak Simpson of Nations FC make up the rest of the Ghana League contingent in the team.
