Former Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been voted as the winner of the West Ham Player of the Year Award.

On the other hand, Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus didn’t make it to the top three just after finishing second in last year’s awards.

This is the latest development indicative of Kudus’ down season with the Hammers after excelling in his debut campaign last season. Kudus has four goals and three assists in 31 league appearances this season.

The downturn in Kudus’ form has been discussed extensively and Liverpool legend turned pundit Jamie Carragher alluded to West Ham’s disappointing campaign to Kudus’ poor form this season. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

27 year old full back Wan-Bissaka, who has played predominantly this season under manager Graham Potter as a wing back, excelled for the Claret and Blue in his debut season.

Wan-Bissaka has scored two goals and added four assists to his tally in 37 English Premier League games while leading the team in tackles and interceptions.
