Co-founder of Spintex Knights Basketball Club, Dr. Eric Opoku-Antwi, says his team is putting in the hard work as it works towards winning a third Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I title in a row.
Knights have won the ABL Men’s Division I title in back to back years and coming off a fine run in the Basketball Africa League (BAL), the team is in line to win a third after closing out the first round of this year’s campaign on top of the standings.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Citi Sports at a training session that was witnessed by former Ghanaian-British international basketball player Mathew Bryan-Amaning, Dr. Opoku-Antwi was underlined the team’s determination to win it all. (Click highlighted text to read full story)
“The desire of everybody playing in the league is to win…I want to win and the boys are also putting in the hard work as you can see over there so for us is to take every game one step at a time till we get to the final destination” Dr. Opoku-Antwi said.
