Kpando Heart of Lions Football Club forward Nana Kwasi Oppong has signed to join Visakha FC in the Cambodian Football League.
Nana Oppong scored 11 goals in the 2024-2025 Ghana Premier League as Lions finished second in the standings in a brilliant bounce back campaign after flirting with relegation in the previous season.
Oppong finished fourth in the goal scorer’s standings that had Stephen Amankona of Berekum Chelsea top the list with 15 goals and Faisal Charwetey of Nations FC following up with 12 goals.
Visakha finished third in the 2024-2025 Cambodia League season and missed out on qualifying to the Asian Champions League.
Cambodia international left full back who is of Ghanaian descent Leng Nora was one of three international players on Visakha’s roster last season.

Cambodia league side Visakha is owned by the wife of the Asian country’s Interior Minister (Sar Sokha), Ke Suon Sophy and Visakha is one of the best resourced teams in the league.
