Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club goalkeeper Aziz Haruna Dari has communicated his readiness to help the club to achieve big things in Ghana and on the African continent.
Dari made these comments in his first interview after signing for Kotoko from Ghana Premier League (GPL) side Bechem United. Kotoko opted to not extend the contract of Fredrick Asare in the lead up to Dari’s signing.
The 24 year old shot stopper spent five seasons at Bechem and made 82 league appearances that had Bechem consistently in the top half of the GPL. Bechem United finished 10th in the 2024-2025 season.
Speaking to Kotoko media, Dari was adamant about his readiness to help the Porcupine Warriors succeed in the GPL and next season’s CAF Confederation Cup.
“I’m honoured to join a club with such a rich history and passionate supporters. I’m ready to give my best and help the team achieve its objectives, both in the league and in Africa.”
