Hohoe United CEO Edem Ansah has made a bold claim that as many as six teams from the Access Bank Division One Zone Three have the quality to play in the Ghana Premier League (GPL).
He said this in an exclusive interview with Citi Sports while touching on a wide range of issues connected to Hohoe United’s brilliant qualification from the aforementioned division to the GPL including plans to switch the playing surface at Hohoe’s home venue from natural grass to artificial grass. “It’s an exciting category of league to play in and some of the best players in the country are in the Division One. It’s full of passionate fans, very competitive league, the level of football is tough. Obviously, it has a couple of challenges but collectively, we would keep working together to ensure that the problems are addressed.”

“I can say there are six, seven clubs in Zone Three that can play in the Premier League” Edem Ansah said.
