A one-day workshop has been held at the headquarters of Socaloca here in Accra to educate football enthusiasts on how to utilise the revolutionary app to gain a competitive advantage in the football ecosystem.

Socaloca App which aims to democratize the organization of football by allowing anyone anywhere in the world the ability to find, join, or create teams, leagues or tournaments in their local area and similarly invite or interact with their friends and other players or coaches also seeks to support football governing bodies and policy makers to make informed decisions and Policies.

The App also allows the organisation of grassroots and professional fixtures.

It captures fan and player data and statistics, provides engagement with teams as well as serving video content of live or historical games.

Speaking at the workshop, Head of Operations, Partnership, Communications and Marketing Jephthah Vanderpuije, underscored the importance of the app and what individuals stand to gain from using the platform.

“At Socaloca we ssaw the gap, not just in Ghana but across Africa. So much talent, so much potential but very little structure, data and visibility. That’s what inspired the creation of our platform- a space where football lives in full detail”.

He also called for a shift in mindset from waiting to be discovered to positioning oneself to be undeniable.

“Let’s go from managing clubs and players with pen and paper to running them with purpose and precision. Let’s turn our potential into power, powered by the right tools, the right people and the right attitude,” he averred.

With high exploitation and trafficking of aspiring young professional footballers who are easily lured away from their families and formative clubs or academies on promises of stardom and glory, Socaloca is your safe platform to go.
Football managers, coaches, scouts and agents with data-driven mindset can recruit young talent on this safe and trustworthy platform.
