Nations Football Club Chief Executive Officer Kennedy Boakye-Ansah says the club won’t stand in the way of a Razak Simpson exit from the club.

Nations FC captain, Simpson, has attracted a lot of interest from clubs after delivering a string of fine performances in the Ghana Premier League (GPL).

Simpson’s excellent outings made him a regular member of Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team, the Black Stars, and earned him the Home-Based Footballer of the Year Award at the Ghana Football Awards.

He also scooped the Goal of the Year prize at this year’s Football Awards and in an exclusive interview with Citi Sports, Nations FC’s newly minted CEO was adamant his team would let Simpson leave once the right offer comes.

“Teams are hunting for his signature. We’ve had offers from teams in Romania, teams in Albania, on the local scene some clubs have also made enquiries…so we are just waiting for the right offer. We will not put in any impediments in his way; he has served the club well and when the offer is right, yes we will allow him to go.”
