Wellness Clinics are set to be the latest addition to the itinerary of the 2025 CITI Business Olympics to aid participants’ physical and mental wellbeing.
This year’s CITI Business Olympics takes place at the Eden Heights Sports Complex on Saturday, September 27; the Business Olympics is the biggest corporate sports gathering in Ghana.
Speaking ahead of the much awaited event, Head of Programmes Production at Channel One TV, Apiorkor Seyiram Ashong-Abbey, talked about the wellness clinics in the presence of FEDCO executives.
“This time we have clinics and the destressing is one factor but people are stressed and don’t even know how to de-stress. We have a general wellness centre where you can speak to a nutritionist or a dietician and then also a psychology clinic because sometimes the stress is also in the mind…so we want to encourage people to speak to the professionals who can also help them” Apiorkor Ashong-Abbey said.
