Head coach of Kwara United Sanni Tunde has fired a stern warning to Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club ahead of their clash in the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday, September 28 in Nigeria.

The Nigerian club fought bravely in a 4-3 loss to Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium in Ghana with forward Albert Amoah scoring twice in the win for Kotoko.

Despite Kwara getting a third goal in the 85th minute through Shola Abdulraheem, Kotoko held on to secure the win in the first leg.

Speaking in a post-game presser, Sanni Tunde was confident his team would overturn the deficit via a strong message to the Ghanaian club.

“Our assumption is not what we met. They are a bit luckier today that’s it. They are a bit luckier but they are coming to meet us at home” he said.
