Chief Executive Officer of Bibiani Gold Stars, Akwasi Adu, says the club isn’t perturbed by the loss to JS Kabylie in the first leg of their CAF Champions League clash.

Gold Stars lost 2-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium to Algeria’s JS Kabylie and face a major uphill task to win the second leg to stance the chance to qualify to the next stage of the continental championship.

Despite the stacked odds against Gold Stars, Akwasi Adu is still bullish about the team’s chances of qualifying to the next round in an exclusive interview with Citi Sports after receiving a donation from Peeva Beverages ahead of Bibiani’s trip to Algeria. “We are not perturbed by the results that happened the last time. It’s still football. A club has come to score 2-0 at our home, we can equally turn around the results” Akwasi Adu said.
