Ghana’s National Men’s Football Team defender Alexander Djiku has expressed how proud and how grateful he is about Ghana’s qualification to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Djiku shared these feelings after Ghana beat Comoros 1-0 to officially seal its place in next year’s tournament which will be co-hosted by the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.

Spartak Moscow’s Djiku played out the entire duration in the win over Comoros and was happy the Black Stars completed the job to become the fifth African nation to qualify to the 2026 World Cup.
