Head coach of Nottingham Forest FC, Ange Postecoglou, is under heavy pressure after having a winless start to his time at Forest since taking over from Nuno Espirito Santo.
Nottingham haven’t recorded a win since Ange Postecoglou took over with the poor run including a shock 3-2 loss to Swansea City in the Carabao Cup to exit the competition early.
Ahead of taking on Newcastle in the league on Sunday, October 5 at 13:00 GMT, Nottingham lost 2-1 at home in the Europa League to Danish side FC Midtyjlland and Postecoglou noted the need to register a result at St. James’ Park this weekend.
“When things are going well it’s rainbows and sunshine, but when the going gets tough, that’s when your belief is tested.”

“What’s stronger and more compelling is if you can get through that period, that gives you the belief for the long-term stuff.”

“It’s tough but we are close and we have to chip away to the point where things turn. It’s a great challenge for us and a good opportunity to look for a way to turn our fortunes around and get a result” Postecoglou said to Forest’s media.
