Head coach of FC Barcelona, Hansi Flick, has stated that his team isn’t operating on the same level as Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) after losing to the French club.
Speaking in a post-game interview after Barcelona’s 2-1 loss at home to PSG, Flick admitted his team ranks below the defending UEFA Champions League tie.
PSG have won both games played so far in the Champions League and are on course to retain the title and Flick pointed this out after the game.
“You can see it today, there’s no point saying we’re on the same level. Today wasn’t our best day, but we are working again to reach this level.”

“Today wasn’t our best day, but we are working again to reach this level. “We didn’t have the structure we have when we are on our highest level.”

“This is necessary when in the Champions League, especially against an opponent of this quality in PSG he said in a post-game presser.”

Barcelona take on Sevilla on Sunday.
