Benjamin Asare is healthy but we will see if he can play against Japan- Otto Addo

Black Stars head coach Otto Addo isn’t sure Accra Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare would feature in the Black Stars game against Japan.

He made this known in a pre-game presser ahead of Ghana’s international friendly game against Japan on Friday, November 14 at 10:00 GMT.

Otto Addo expressed belief in his team’s ability to beat the host but expressed worry over the impact of the significant time difference and the long distance travel on the team. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

Benjamin Asare reported to the camp late on Thursday, November 13 and highlighting the aforementioned issues, Otto Addo raised doubt over Asare’s availability for the game. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

“Benjamin Asare I think is very healthy but due to the time difference and the long travel, we will have to see how he feels to see if he can play” Otto Addo said.
