Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club head coach Abdul Karim Zito says his club has no excuse to miss out on a win in its upcoming Ghana Premier League game.

Kotoko take on Young Apostles at the Baba Yara Stadium at 15:00 GMT after picking up two draws in games against Vision FC and Aduana Stars.

The Porcupine Warriors rank sixth in the GPL after picking up four wins and four draws in eight games played; Kotoko have played two games fewer than most of the league’s teams due to the club’s hitherto participation in the CAF Confederation Cup.

After dropping points against Vision FC and Aduana, Karim Zito says his team must beat Young Apostles in an interview with Kotoko media.

“We’ve seen our mistakes, we’ve corrected them. For a match against Young Apostles, we don’t have any excuse; definitely if we mean to win the league, all home matches should be [a] win no matter how” Zito said.
