The draw for the 2026 FIFA World Cup has been officially conducted with Ghana’s Black Stars drawn in Group L in an interesting group.
Ghana will compete in the group with England, Panama and Croatia with the top two ranked nations scheduled to qualify to the Round of 32 stage.
The third placed team in the Group could still progress to the next stage as one of the best third placed nations across the group stage.
In the wake of the draw, the schedule for the competing nations have been announced with Ghana set to play against North American representative Panama first on June 17.
The Black Stars follow it up with a clash against the much fancied English team that is led by manager Thomas Tuchel. This marks the first time the two nations will face off at the World Cup.

Ghana play Croatia on June 27 to round up its competition at the group stage; the venues and kick off times for the respective games will be announced at a latter date.
