Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has praised midfielder Mason Mount’s quality after the latter’s impressive performance against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Mount scored in Man United’s 4-1 win over Wolves in the English Premier League with Mount’s goal in the 62nd minute crucially giving United the all-important third goal as Wolves threatened to equalize.
The goal is Mount’s third in 12 league appearances this season and after two seasons at Old Trafford dealing with injuries, the Englishman is showing glimpses of his best self.
Speaking to the BBC after the game, Amorim talked about Mount’s quality but sounded cautious about the English midfielder’s usage rate considering his injury history at United.
“If you compare the past he had in Chelsea, he has a great quality. He can defend. He can attack and the quality when he touches the ball is really good.”

“It’s not a surprise for me but of course, we need to take care of him but he’s going to build that and is going to be really important for our club.”
