Liverpool FC head coach Arne Slot says there is a sense of disbelief in the team after conceding a late goal to miss out on a win against Leeds.
The Reds drew 3-3 with Leeds United at Elland Road with Japan international Ao Tanaka scoring the equalizing goal in the 96th minute off a corner kick.
Liverpool had stormed to a 2-0 lead via a Hugo Ekitike brace but conceded two quick goals in the 73rd and 75th minute respectively.
Dominik Szoboszlai scored in the 80th minute capping a brilliant build up involving midfielders Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis MacAllister.
Speaking after Liverpool picked up their second draw in as many games to the BBC, Arne Slot said,

“There’s a sense of disbelief. I think we played quite well to very well during large parts of the game and went 2-0 up. I don’t think we had any problems and I don’t think we conceded a chance until the moment we make a foul which is not even a chance.”

“The players have worked so hard and again to concede from a set-piece – the 10th or 11th this season. If you concede so many you cannot be higher up the table than we are.”
