Black Stars winger Kamaldeen Sulemana might just end up staying put at Atalanta till the end of the 2025-2026 season.
The speedy player was heavily linked with a move to Napoli and AS Roma after struggling for significant playing time but recent development involving Atalanta and the aforementioned teams have increased the chances of Sulemana staying at Atalanta.
According to Atalanta insider Alessandro Giovanni Pagliarini, Napoli have reached an agreement to sign Brazilian Alisson Santos on loan from Sporting Lisbon while AS Roma have reached an agreement to sign Bryan Zaragoza from Celta Vigo.
On the part of Atalanta, Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman has signed to join Atletico Madrid who joined the Spanish club on a four year deal while rejecting a more lucrative offer from Turkish side Fenerbache.

The Nigerian forward is already in Madrid. The agreement is subject to passing his medical and formalizing his contract.

The series of moves have increased the chances of Kamaldeen Sulemana sticking at Atalanta beyond the closure of the midseason transfer window which closes later tonight.

Since joining Atalanta from Southampton at the start of the season, Sulemana has played limited minutes in 22 games in all competitions while registering two goals and an assist.
