Viktoria Plzen head coach Martin Hyský picked the moment his side bagged what turned out to be the only goal in a 1-0 win over Banik in the Czech First League as the most important in the game.

The goal was Black Stars player Adu’s seventh league goal of the season; the 22 year old former Bechem United player also has an assist in 25 league games this season.

Plzen rank third in the league standings with 53 points after 30 games and trail league leaders Slavia Praha by 18 points; Banik rank 16th.

Speaking after the game, Martin Hyský commended his team for bouncing back from a 1-0 loss to FK Pardubice in the previous game.

“It was a very competitive match. The important moment was that we took the lead, that we scored the first goal. I would like to thank the guys because we obviously wanted to respond positively to our last result” Hysky said according to the club’s media.
