The sportswear brand that is famous for its jogging shoes has consistently gained momentum in the sportswear market since its launch in 2010 and recently branched out into track with the launch of its sprint group.
Aside Azamati, American sprinters Samirah Moody, Max Thomas and Johnny Brackins are members of the Swiss company’s sprint group. The group will be under the tutelage of sprint coach John Bolton.
Ghana’s former 100 Metre record holder, Azamati signed on to ON via a three year deal in January this year and speaking via ON’s media, Azamati said,
“Track has taught me that consistency matters more than motivation.”

“There are days you feel great and days you don’t, but the people who improve are the ones who still show up and execute. That mindset shaped how I approach not just sport, but life in general.”

Azamati missed out on the recently concluded African Senior Athletics Championships to injury after aiding Ghana’s 4×100 Relay Team qualify to next year’s World Championship in Beijing.
