Cleveland Cavaliers guard James Harden says there is no need for the Cleveland Cavaliers to panic after their Game One loss to the New York Knicks in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals.

Cleveland squandered a 22-point lead with under eight minutes remaining and fell 115-104 to the Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Harden scored 15 points in the defeat, while Knicks head coach Mike Brown admitted his side targeted the veteran guard on offense.

Speaking after the game, Harden urged calm ahead of Game Two on Friday, May 22, in New York.

“I don’t think it’s anything to overreact to. Like I’ve always said, it’s a feel thing. Go back and watch the film and I might have an answer for you tomorrow.”

“We just got to do a better job as players to offensively get our pace up and understand what we’re trying to do, which we had success in those first three quarters” Harden said.
