Two games into the 2025-2026 NBA Finals Series, the San Antonio Spurs trail the New York Knicks 2-0 in the best of seven game series with both games played out in San Antonio.
Games 3 and 4 will take place at the Madison Square Garden in New York and are bound to set records in ticket price sales.
The Knicks, competing in the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999, are expected to have US President Donald Trump in attendance for Game 3 marking the President’s latest appearance at a big sports event and the combination of the Knicks’ first finals appearance in over two decades and Trump’s expected appearance has escalated prices.
According to The Kobeissi Letter, a global capital markets platform, the cheapest ticket for Game 3 at the Madison Square Garden will cost $10,622 with the highest set to cost $61,360.

After sweeping the Cleveland Cavaliers to win the Eastern Conference title, the Knicks beat San Antonio 105-104 to win Game 2 with star point guard Jalen Brunson scoring the game winner off a free throw.

The Knicks haven’t won an NBA title since 1973. They lost the 1999 Finals to San Antonio.
