Ghana striker Rudolf Mensah has joined Egyptian Premier League side Canal SC from Ghana Premier League club Swedru All Blacks.
The move, confirmed this week, brings an end to Mensah’s time at All Blacks after a standout spell that helped the Black Magicians return to the top flight after more than a decade in Division One.
Mensah scored 11 goals in his only GPL season, including the winner in All Blacks’ 2-1 victory over Asante Kotoko, a result that helped the club avoid relegation.
The striker had earlier scored 27 goals in 30 games to help All Blacks secure promotion from Division One. All Blacks thanked Mensah for his contribution in a post on X,
“𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮, 𝐑𝐮𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐟. Every journey has its chapter, and today we close one with gratitude.”
