Chelsea have accepted offers from Tottenham for Mykhailo Mudryk and Tosin Adarabioyo, while Italian club Como have also agreed a deal to sign goalkeeper Robert Sanchez on loan.
The three players are now expected to leave Stamford Bridge, subject to agreeing personal terms.
Tottenham were pushing to complete the signing of Mudryk, with Spurs manager Roberto De Zerbi keen to reunite with the Ukraine international, whom he previously coached at Shakhtar Donetsk.
Mudryk, 25, joined Chelsea from Shakhtar in January 2023 for an initial £61 million but has struggled to establish himself in the Premier League.
The winger has not played a competitive match since November 2024 after being suspended following an adverse finding for meldonium, a banned substance. He became eligible to return to football in July.
A move to Tottenham would give Mudryk the opportunity to restart his career under a manager who is already familiar with his qualities.
Spurs are also set to sign Tosin Adarabioyo on a permanent transfer. The 28-year-old defender is expected to replace Kevin Danso, who is set to join Sunderland on an initial loan.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Robert Sanchez is poised to join Como on a season-long loan.
Sanchez was made available for a temporary or permanent departure after making two costly mistakes in Chelsea’s opening Premier League match against Fulham, which contributed to the Blues conceding twice.
Chelsea have already moved to strengthen their goalkeeping department by signing Argentina international Emiliano Martinez from Aston Villa for £7.5 million.
The changes come as Chelsea continue to reshape their squad under Xabi Alonso
There is also uncertainty surrounding midfielder Enzo Fernandez, who has attracted interest from Manchester City. However, City have not yet submitted a formal offer.
Chelsea are understood to value Fernandez at around £120 million and would only consider his departure if they receive a substantial fee and are able to strengthen their squad beforehand.
