Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) head coach Luis Enrique says there were aspects of his team’s performance he was unhappy with despite their emphatic 6-1 win over Slavia Bratislava in the UEFA Champions League.
PSG opened their European campaign with a dominant victory, with new signing Ferran Torres scoring a hat-trick. The win was also PSG’s first of the 2026/27 season after they began their Ligue 1 campaign with two draws and a defeat.
Ballon d’Or nominees Fabian Ruiz and Ousmane Dembele were also on the scoresheet for the French champions.
“I’m happy with almost everything. I really liked the intensity with which we started the match, especially that high-intensity without the ball.”

“We are a very hard side to close down and I’m very happy with the result. “The only negative is conceding that goal, but overall, I’m very happy” Luis Enrique said after the win.

Slavia Bratislava head coach Yaya Toure made history after becoming the first African head coach for a team competing in the group phase of the Champions League.
