Medeama head coach Ibrahim Tanko says his team will do everything possible to beat Aduana FC when the sides meet in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday, October 25.
Tanko made this pledge in an interview with the club’s media ahead of the match at the TNA Stadium in Tarkwa.
Medeama sit third in the league standings with 14 points from seven matches, just one point ahead of fourth-placed Aduana, who have accumulated 13 points from the same number of games.
The Mauve and Yellow head into the contest looking to bounce back from their first defeat of the 2026/27 season, a 2-1 loss to FC Samartex in Samreboi.
“I don’t think they disappointed [against Samartex]. To concede a goal in the dying minutes of the game is very painful but I don’t think they disgraced us.”

“We’ve put the game against Samartex aside and we started preparing very well because Aduana is also a very good side.”

“We are playing [at] home, we want to control the game, we want to keep the points here and we are doing everything possible to do that” Tanko said.
