Ghanaian high jumpers, Abigail Kwarteng and Rose Yeboah missed out on a medal in the women’s high jump at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
Abigail Kwarteng could not complete the 1.92 jump to narrowly miss out on a medal in Birmingham but cleared the 1.91 jump.
Kwarteng at a point was in a position to claim the gold medal when she cleanly jumped over the 1.85 bar.
Rose Yeboah on the other hand struggled with the 1.89 but had a personal best of 1.85.
