I am direct, fast and creative- Kamaldeen Sulemana talks up abilities

Ghana winger Kamaldeen Sulemana has talked up the abilities he brings to Southampton to aid the team beat the drop in the English Premier League.

He highlighted these attributes of his game in his first official interview with Southampton after moving from Stade Rennes in the French Ligue 1.

Sulemana and fellow new signing Paul Onuachu made their debuts in Southampton’s 0-3 loss to Brentford this past weekend after getting clearance on their work permits very late. Prior to this, their participation in team activities were limited.

“I am direct and fast, I am creative so any attribute of a striker I think I have got it. I don’t have the height I know am not big to hold on to the footballs but the ball on the ground or the balls in behind, I’ve got it all” he said.

Sulemana was clocked at 35.7 km/h making him the fastest player at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar where Ghana crashed out at the group stage after losing two of three games.
