The 2nd edition of the annual Net 36 Vista “Walk for Life” took place on Saturday, March 18, 2023 and it was attended by several people from different walks of life seeking one thing- staying healthy.
The crowd ranged from fans of personal fitness and sports fans to leading Ghanaian entertainers and they were united in making in the 13km walk from Ayi Mensah toll booth to the Peduase Lodge.
Fitness expert Chris of Chris’ Challenge led the aerobics session and took the participants through various. sessions.
Net 36 Vista CEO, Dr Ben Yartey, stressed the need for regular exercise to all those who were present.
“We have to build on today’s exercise. Let us do it regularly in our own small way till we gather again for next year’s edition. We at Net 36 Vista have our numerous clients’ welfare at heart and that is why we are are undertaking this exercise.”
