Reports reaching Citi Sports indicate that Black Stars forward Jordan Ayew has been slapped with a transfer price tag in the region of £10 million as the 2024-2025 English Premier League season commencement draws closer.

The new season commences on Friday, August 16 with Ayew’s Crystal Palace set to play against Brentford on Sunday, August 18 away from home.

These reports come in the wake of Ayew being a transfer target of Saudi Pro Clubs with the veteran player landing on the transfer radar of very rich Middle Eastern country.

Ayew’s “Saudi connection” was reported by journalist Alan Nixon who also reported that Ayew is reportedly on the transfer radar of Leicester City. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

The Black Stars player worked with Leicester City manager Steve Cooper during their time together at Swansea City and should the move be successful, Ayew would be tabbed as a direct replacement for Nigeria striker Kelechi Iheanacho.

Ayew is entering the final year of his contract with Palace and is pegged behind Senegal international Ismaila Sarr on the depth chart. Sarr recently joined Palace from Olympique Marseille in the French Ligue 1.
