Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, has described the team’s loss to Bibiani Gold Stars as one that is “not easy to accept”.

He said this in a post-game interview after Hearts lost 1-0 to Gold Stars at the University of Ghana Stadium with the loss being Hearts’ third eight games into the 2024-2025 Ghana Premier League season.

On the other hand, Gold Stars picked their first win away from home with goalkeeper Emmanuel Kobi saving Hamza Issah’s penalty in the 75th minute and Hearts fans were captured venting their frustration vociferously after the loss. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

“The reaction of the fans is normal. We understand, when things don’t go well, the reaction is like that. Today, to be frank, that defeat is difficult and it’s not easy to accept for the fans, for us for the players and we ask them to continue to follow the team.”
