After bagging a hat-trick of goals in Ghana’s National Women’s Football Team’s 3-1 win over Malawi, striker Doris Boaduwaa believes that she still has more to give to the national team.
Boaduwaa scored all three goals in the friendly game which is the first of three warm up games scheduled for the Black Queens ahead of the team’s participation in this year’s Women’s AFCON.
The Black Queens are set to play against Botswana and Nigeria on June 25 and June 29 respectively to round up their preparation for the tournament.
This year’s Women’s AFCON is scheduled to take place in Morocco from July 5 to July 26 with Ghana drawn in Group C alongside defending champions South Africa, Mali and Tanzania.
Boaduwaa scored in the 23rd minute from the penalty spot and added to her goal tally in the 31st and 83rd minute respectively.
