Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club’s offseason schedule has been updated as the Phobia club is set to compete in the Eko International Tournament in Nigeria.
Hearts’ participation in the eight team tournament comes after the team plays against arch rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the President’s Cup on July 6 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The tournament in Nigeria represents new Hearts coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani’s second major test in the offseason after the Kotoko game.
Dramani was appointed as Hearts head coach after the Phobians finished fourth in the Ghana Premier League standings and got eliminated from the MTN FA Cup by lower tier side Golden Kick.
Nigeria Professional Football League outfits Remo Stars, Enyimba FC, Ikorodu City and Shooting Stars will compete in the Eko Tournament.
Rise and Shine, Phobians!
A new chapter begins. Fresh tactics, Fierce ambition, One goal – Glory.

In a related development, Kotoko will travel to play against Kaizer Chiefs in the Toyota Cup on July 26.
