Kumasi Asante Kotoko head coach Abdul Karim Zito is unimpressed with the club’s run of drawn games in the Ghana Premier League.
Kotoko picked up yet another draw after registering a goalless result against Bibiani Gold Stars in Bibiani in a game that had recently signed Kotoko striker Yakubu Dogo make his debut for the club.
The Porcupine Warriors draw against the defending league champions comes after recording the same result against lowly ranked Berekum Chelsea at home in the past round.
In 19 league games, Kotoko have eight wins, three losses and eight draws to rank fourth in the standings and Karim Zito has called for results to improve because the drawn results are too many.
“We came with a game plan and we executed it alright; we made sure that we won’t give Gold Stars any breathing space and we continue pressing them.”

“I think coming to Bibiani and playing a draw is not a bad result at all but we had wanted to win.”

“The draws are too much; we should score [Basake Holy Stars at home next week] at all cost” Karim Zito said to the club’s media.
