All Blacks went into the final round of league games needing a win against Kumasi Asante Kotoko to guarantee its stay in the league.
All Blacks beat Kotoko 2-1 at the Baba Yara Stadium with Rudolf Mensah scoring his 11th goal of the season; the former Liberty Professionals player led All Blacks qualification to the league after scoring 27 goals in 30 league games in the Access Bank Division One League.
Speaking after the big win, Kassim Ocansey told reporters that his side should be ranked among the top four spots.
“We shouldn’t have been where we are now, we would have been competing for the top four but it’s good we’ve survived.”

“We are going to rebuild the team and next season we will be competing for the top four” Mingle said.
🎥 “We should not have been in this position. We could have been competing for a top-four spot. We will rebuild and compete strongly next season.”
