Nestlé Ghana has launched the MILO ‘Energy To Start’ promotion, a nationwide consumer campaign aimed at rewarding more than 2 million consumers and families across Ghana with prizes worth over GH₵5 million in cash and other items.

The promotion was launched at the Nestlé Head Office in Dzorwulu, Accra, in an event attended by loyal MILO consumers from various parts of the country.

Speaking at the launch, Category Manager for Nestlé MILO, Myron Otoo, described the initiative as one of the brand’s biggest consumer promotions to date.

“On behalf of Nestlé Ghana and the entire MILO team, today we are switching up the energy with one of our biggest consumer promotions yet — an exciting campaign designed to reward more than 2 million consumers and families across Ghana,” he said.

According to Mr Otoo, the promotion is also an opportunity to celebrate the loyalty Ghanaian families have shown to the MILO brand over the years.

“For generations, MILO has helped fuel Ghanaian families with energy to learn, play and take on each day like true champions. Your loyalty to this brand reminds us of our commitment to nourishing the Ghanaian child, and this promotion is our way of giving back that energy,” he said.

He added: “So today we say a big thank you to every consumer who has made MILO part of their family journey.”

Prizes worth over GH₵5 million

The MILO ‘Energy To Start’ promotion offers consumers the opportunity to win a wide range of prizes, including educational scholarships, bicycles, an electric family car, cash prizes, refrigerators and smart watches.

Mr Otoo said the initiative is designed to reward consumer loyalty while creating memorable experiences for families across Ghana.

“The MILO Energy Promotion is packed with exciting and meaningful rewards. We have educational scholarships to support our children, bicycles to give our active champions, an enviable EV family car to make school rides even more memorable, as well as cash prizes, refrigerators, smart watches and so much more,” he said.

“The mission is simple: reward your loyalty, empower your winning moments with unforgettable experiences for families across Ghana,” he added.

MILO celebrates connection with Ghanaian consumers

Also speaking at the launch, National Sales Manager of Nestlé Ghana, Jacob Odoi, highlighted MILO’s position as one of the company’s most widely distributed and trusted brands.

He described the promotion as both a reward for consumers and a reflection of MILO’s longstanding connection with Ghanaian families.

“Today we are here to celebrate the brand that is widely distributed, and the brand that is very dear to the hearts of Ghanaians, because the brand has lived the Ghanaian lifestyle within us — the lifestyle of champions,” he said.

Mr Odoi added that the promotion is “not only a reward” but also “a testament” to the relationship between MILO and Ghanaian consumers.
