Black Stars and Juventus defender Kwadwo Asamoah has revealed that he has been in constant contact with Black Stars trainer Kwesi Appiah and will announce his return to the team ‘soon.

Asamoah has not played for the Black Stars since the 2014 World Cup after being rocked with injuries for the better part of the last 4 seasons.

The 29 year  old has had an injury free season in 2017/2018 where he played 27 times in all competitions for the Bianconerri.

“I have been communicating with Coach Kwasi Appiah of late and have informed him of my return soon,” he told Peace FM.

“I wasn’t fit for sometime but thank God this season has been injury free season for me and very soon will be donning the national colors soon.”

Asamoah has been linked with a move away from Juventus this season with Inter Milan rumored to be front runners for his signature.
