See how massive crowd of jubilant Chelsea fans jammed in Takoradi after reaching UCL final [VIDEO]

Chelsea’s closest supporters reside in London, where the Premier League club is based.

However, the team’s fans in Ghana are giving everyone else a run for their money for the title of the Blues’ loudest and most passionate backers.

Wednesday night’s win over Real Madrid secured a spot in the Champions League final against Manchester City, sparking wild celebrations in West London from fans of the club.

Chelsea’s fans in Ghana were not to be undone, as they hit the streets of Takoradi to celebrate the victory.

A video posted by Twitter user, Elorm, which has since gone viral, showed a massive crowd of Blues fans marching in the streets, with some raising their replica jerseys and playing various instruments, while others sang jubilantly.

Takoradi is also home to one of Chelsea most famous Ghanaian fans, Kofi Kinaata.

Timo Werner and Mason Mount’s goals gave Chelsea a 2-0 win on the night, and a 3-1 win on aggregate to set up an all-English final against Man City on May 29.
