Goalkick Football Agency partnered with the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GARFA) for the 2022 Greater Accra Juvenile League Semi-final and final held at the La McDan town park, yesterday July 24th, 2022.

The Agency which is a wing of Goalkick Foundation seeks to unearth young footballing talents and provide them with career guidance, and suitable platforms in the quest to develop grassroots football in the country.

The first semi-final contest saw Foresee FC thump All Nice FC 4-0 in what was a dominant display by the victors.

Great Corinthians FC also booked a place in the final with a 3-1 win over Mal FC to set up a mouth-watering fixture with Forsee FC.

In the final encounter of the day, Great Corinthians run out 2-1 winners over Forsee FC to win this year’s Greater Accra Juvenile League.

The Executive Director of the Foundation, Mr. Mohammed Hamdan Issaka said he was impressed with the organization of the event and the talents on display.

He seized the opportunity to call on the organizers to collaborate with other corporate bodies to put together many such events, especially at the grassroots level.

“I think more needs to be done with regard to grassroots football, and its related to support and funding.”
