Combining the energy from young players and the experience from veteran players is the secret sauce to Aduana Stars FC’s rise to the summit of the betPawa Ghana Premier League standings. This is according to Aduana’s Greater Accra regional representative Isaac Koomson.

Aduana leads the 18 team standings with 35 points; five points ahead of second placed Bechem United and seven points ahead of third placed Kumasi Asante Kotoko after 18 league games.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with CITI Sports, Regional representative Koomson believes head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin’s unique blend of the young and old is yielding results.

“We are taking it match after match and I am sure by the end of the season Aduana will be crowned champions; we are very much determined. If you see the blend that Paa Kwesi is using the old and the young players so we are combining the energy and the experience, that is delivering. If we get especially the results outside Aduana and all things being equal, definitely we can annex the league” he stated.
