The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association, has imposed a fine of GHC 20,000 on Aduana Stars, after they were found guilty of misconduct, in their Match Week 25 betPawa Premier League encounter, against Tamale City at the Nana Agyeman Badu Park.

After the game, which Aduana won 1-0 via a late penalty, some fans of the Dormaa based side pelted stones at the bus of Tamale City, leaving some players and officials injured in the process.

According to the decision made by the GFA disciplinary committee, an amount of GHC 10,000 will be paid to Tamale City FC, to enable the club repair their bus which was damaged following the attack.

A one-match ban had also been placed on Aduana FC by the Disciplinary Committee which is deemed to have been served by the Club on Matchday 26.

The Ghana Football Association, has warned the club and its supporters that future misconducts will attract more severe punishments.

Aduana Stars are currently top of the BetPawa Premier League table and will face defending Champions, Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, in a Match Week 27 encounter.
