Black Stars midfielder, Mohammed Kudus, has returned from a muscle injury to train with Ajax Amsterdam ahead of the Dutch giant’s Dutch Cup final game against PSV Eindhoven.

The 2023 Dutch Cup Final takes place on Sunday, April 30 at 16:00 GMT and is the second game in a row where the bitter rivals are facing off.

PSV thrashed Ajax 3-0 in the league to rank second in the league and stay within six points of league leaders, Feyenoord Rotterdam, with four league games left to play.

Kudus picked up a muscle injury in Ajax’s 2-1 win over Feyenoord in the semi-finals of the Dutch Cup earlier this month and subsequently missed three games of which Ajax won two.

The return of the Ghanaian international is crucial to the chances of Ajax winning the Dutch Cup in a disappointing campaign that had Ajax missing out on defending the Dutch league title.

Kudus starred for Ghana at the 2022 FIFA World Cup by scoring two goals in three games and has registered 18 goals and five assists in 38 games in all competitions.

The likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing the former FC Nordsjaelland attacker.
