Rugby League Week 2: Panthers and Tigers bounce back with dominant displays

Accra Panthers and Nungua Tigers recorded their first victories of this season’s Rugby Men’s 13 Championship after beating Accra Bears and Bulls respectively in week 2 at the University of Ghana Ajax Park.

Panthers dominated their match against the Bears, winning 40-0 with a total of seven tries and proficient kicking from Darryl Amoatey and William Asilevi.

Meanwhile, the Tigers secured their first-ever championship win with a convincing 20-8 victory over the Bulls.

The Tigers displayed their skills with a strong defense and efficient offense, scoring four tries and two conversions.
