Ghana’s Black Meteors will leave Cairo for Rabat on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 for the U – 23 Afcon.
The team is currently based in Cairo after playing Egypt in a friendly game on June 15, 2023.
Ibrahim Tanko will lead his boys again against Egyptian giants, Zamalek on June 20, 2023, in a friendly game before their eventual departure.
The team will be based in Rabat for a larger part of the group stages where they will play Congo and Morocco at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium before leaving for Tangier to play Guinea.
The official squad for the tournament is expected to be announced soon and will feature Kamaldeen Sulemana and Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer who will are expected in camp on June 19, 2023.
